Passengers who have booked any of our 2020 cruises have been notified personally of the cancellations affecting their individual sailings and depending on when they were scheduled to travel, all have been offered either a full refund or up to 125% cruise credit.

As we plan for 2021, we are excited to partner with Royal Caribbean to offer you some very exciting travel opportunities. Royal Caribbean is offering the Cruise with Confidence guarantee for all 2021 cruises. The new Cruise with Confidence policy allows our guests that booked their cruise on or before August 1, 2020, to cancel any cruise departing on-or-before April 30th, 2022, up to 48 hours before your sail date and receive a Future Cruise Credit. The credit can be used toward any cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021, or 12 months past the date of your canceled sailing — whichever is further.
