All rates quoted are in US Dollars. Rates INCLUDE all meals and snacks onboard the ship (even 24 hour room service!) along with all conference events. Please add a total of $170 per person for taxes and port charges. These fees are due at the time of final payment. Gratuties are $40 per person and can be paid in advance or onboard the ship - you pick and let us know! Single occupancy is 200% of the double occupancy fare for all categories, however, roommate matching is available. The payment plan for this group is as follows: Deposit of $25 per person is required to reserve your spot if you are booking a double occupancy cabin (2 per room), if you are booking a triple or quad occupancy cabin, $200 per cabin is required. A second payment of $200 per person due by 9/10/10 (for a payment total of $225 per person);A third payment of $200 per person due by 1/10/11 (for a payment total of $425 per person) and final payment is due by 5/9/11.
If you register after any of the above dates, you may catch up with the payment plan or call for special arrangements.PAYMENTS:
In order to reserve your cabin, a deposit of $25 (per person) is required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order. Full payment is required by 05/09/2011 and may be paid by credit card or by personal check, cashiers check or money order. All payments must be made in US funds.
