All rates quoted are per person (based on double occupancy or two passengers per cabin) and are quoted in US Dollars. Third and fourth passenger rates are $499 per person for children (under 18 years old) and $599 per person for adults. Taxes and port charges are an additional $360 per person, and that is collected at the time of final payment. Effective 11/1/07, Holland America has imposed a fuel surcharge of $35 per person which is also due at the time of final payment. ALL GUEST MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH THE MESSIANIC JEWISH ISRAEL FUND TO BE ADMITTED TO CONFERENCE EVENTS. Single occupancy is 150% of the double occupancy fare for inside and oceanview cabins and 200% of the double occupancy fare for balcony cabins and suites. A conference fee of $99 per adult is due in the form of a check made payable to the Messianic Jewish Israel Fund, and can be paid prior to sailing or on the day of embarkation at the registration table.PAYMENTS:
In order to reserve your cabin, a deposit of $350 (per person) is required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order. Full payment is required by 05/02/2008 and may be paid by credit card or by personal check, cashiers check or money order. All payments must be made in US funds.
