What To Pack Days onboard are casual. To be most comfortable, we recommend:
  • Jeans or slacks
  • Sweaters and a jacket - it is good to plan to layer your clothing because the ship is temperature controlled and you may be comfortable in short sleeve shirts, but when you go outside on the deck, it can be a little cool and breezy so you will want to have a sweater/sweatshirt and possibly a jacket
  • Warm socks,a windbreaker and a raincoat
  • Low-heeled shoes for deck activities, remember there is a fitness center with state of the art equipment and exercise classes for all levels of fitness
  • Don't forget your swimsuit, camera and a pair of binoculars (towels are provided and you can swim in the indoor heated pool - it is very exciting to look out the window and see the snowcapped mountains while you are in the heated pool or jacuzzi in your swimsuit)

For evening wear, count on three basic types of attire:
  • Casual: Dresses or slacks and blouses for women, sport shirts and trousers for men
  • Smart Casual: Dresses or pantsuits for women, jackets for men
  • Formal: Cocktail dresses for women, suits and ties or tuxedos for men (you can arrange to rent a tuxedo onboard)
Ashore, you'll need comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots.
